With over 15 years in telecommunications management, Randy Casey brings deep operational expertise to every client engagement. Before founding RJ10 Consulting, he served as Telecommunications Manager and National Accounts Project Manager in the hospital and healthcare industry, as well as in aviation and aerospace.
This hands-on background in enterprise telecom operations, particularly in healthcare, gives Randy and the RJ10 team an unmatched understanding of the critical infrastructure needs that multi-location organizations depend on every day.
Randy founded RJ10 to address a gap he saw repeatedly: organizations paying too much for telecom services they didn't fully understand, managed by consultants who profited from the cycle of renegotiation. The RJ10 model was built to break that cycle — providing ongoing partnership, proactive management, and complete transparency.
